Customers can choose using SF Express for delivery or self pick up at our office upon appointment with us. Free delivery may be offered at special promotion period. Please pay attention to our special promotion news.
Order Amendment, Product Return and Refund Terms and Conditions
- Please contact us for order amendment if necessary. All delivered orders cannot be amended.
- There is no product return. Should the products be damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the products.
- For product exchange, please contact us by email (public@metta.org.hk), WhatsApp (+852 6058 6557) or phone call (3480 2962). We will investigate the reasons for product exchange and follow up. Also, we will not bear the transportation costs for any uninvestigated cases. Thanks for your understanding.
